I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to participate in a friend’s labor and delivery in 2002. It was then I realized that though the vision of an ideal birth may be different for every woman, the importance of having an empowered birth is universally significant. I am committed to educating expectant parents of their choices so that they are able to make decisions best suited for their family to have a fulfilling birth experience. I am DONA certified and took my doula training through The Nurturing Place. I am proud to share my knowledge of physical and mental support to help make labor more manageable for everyone involved in the process.
