At a minimum, I provide:

• 1-2 prenatal visits. I use this time for us to get to know each other, clarify my role, assess mom’s needs, assess the family's needs, review or create a birth plan and go over some comfort measures.
• Educate family about birth choices.
• Access to my literature.
• 24-hour phone support.
• Labor support for the entire family.
• Lactation support.
• 1-2 postpartum visits.
• Written story of birth.
• Backup doula care.

This is YOUR BIRTH and I will do my best to make sure that you safely get the experience you envision.

Doulas do not perform medical exams.

I offer my services for $500. All fees are negotiable on an individual basis. Monthly payment plans can be arranged. A doula would make a perfect baby shower gift!
